March 6 Interfaith Prayer Vigil

The Broken Hearts campaign calls for an end to unjust mandatory deportation of parents of U.S. citizen children. Since 1997, over 100,000 parents of U.S. citizen children have been deported, tearing countless families apart.

On Friday, March 6, at 5:00 pm the CNY New Sanctuary Coalition invites all to gather at the Federal Building for songs, prayers, a ritual of hope and a call to action, all to show Dan Maffei and other elected officials great community support for the Child Citizen Protection Act currently in the House of Representatives (HR 182). We are asking Congressman Maffei to co-sponsor this bill, so bring friends, family and coworkers to make our voices heard!
